1)          Closed Session Pursuant to 5 ILCS 2(c)(1) the appoint, employment, compensation or dismissal of specific employees of the District; 5 ILCS 2(c)(11), Litigation, when an action against, affecting, or on behalf of the District is pending, probable or imminent.
